The Austin Air Healthmate Jr. will handle up to a 700 sq. ft. area. It is perfect for bedrooms, nurseries, family rooms and more. It has a 3-speed motor that allows you to speed the air cleaning process up or bring the noise down when sleeping. Its HEPA and carbon/zeolite filter traps 99.97% of all particulates larger than .3 microns. The carbon/zeolite filter is excellent for taking out vapors, gases, & fumes. The motor in the Healthmate Jr. moves 200 CFM on the high setting, ensuring maximum air flow.
Air enters the Healthmate Jr from 360 degrees around the machine. The Permafilt Prefilter traps the large airborne particulates, then the air passes into the filter drum, going through the carbon/zeolite filter first, removing gases and odors, then the HEPA filter, with over 30 sq. ft. of true medical HEPA filter medium traps the sub micron particulates. The air is then expelled out of the top of the Healthmate Jr.
The Healthmate Jr has a 5 year warranty on all parts and labor. The Healthmate Jr. HEPA/Zeolite Carbon has a 5 year prorated warranty.
