State Allergy Store Policies
Payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Choice, and Diners Club. There is no credit card surcharge. We also accept Check Cards, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Personal Checks are accepted but must first clear the bank before any products will be shipped (this typically takes 7 to 10 days).
Sales Tax: If you live out of the State of Florida, no sales tax will be added. Florida residents will be charged 7% Florida State Sales Tax.
Pricing Errors: Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices on our website are correct, sometimes pricing mistakes may occur. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
Shipments: All orders will be shipped within one (1) working day after receiving the order. In the event State Vacuum does not have the item in stock, we will inform you of when the item will stock. Our fill rate on orders shipping the next day is 97%.
Freight Policy: All orders of $70 dollars or greater will be shipped free of charge to the purchaser, in the continental USA only. Orders under $70 dollars will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Federal Express, or RPS. We will ship the least expensive way to the purchaser. We will not ship regular mail but only Priority Mail.
Handling Charge: We DO NOT charge any processing or handling fees.
State Allergy Guarantee: All products come with a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Warranties: All of our machines carry the standard factory guarantees and warranties. If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that particular brand to repair your machine that is under warranty, you may send the product back to State Vacuum and we will repair it for you. We do not warranty user damage. The freight back to State Vacuum must be paid by the purchaser.
Return Policy: All products on the State Allergy Web Site come with a 14 Day Return Policy. If you decide to return the product, the purchaser will pay for the freight back to State Vacuum. The product must be returned complete with all original items, manuals, packing materials, and cartons, and in its original new condition. When the product is received by State Vacuum, complete as it was shipped out, a credit will be issued (less the original shipping cost). For all purchases outside the United States, the purchaser shall be responsible for ALL freight charges. If the product is returned for a refund, the purchaser will be responsible for the freight charges to the purchaser and back to State Vacuum.
Shortages: All shortages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Any shortages reported beyond this period will not be honored.
Special Orders: Many items (such as AC filters) are available in non-standard sizes but are not contained in our regular inventory. We can place Special Orders for such products but they are not returnable or refundable.
Refunds: If a refund is requested, we will issue a credit on the credit card that you used to purchase the product. If you paid with a check card, cashiers check, money order, or personal check, we will issue a company check as a refund. All refunds will be given out within two (2) working days of the return of the product. No refunds will be issued until the product is returned to State Vacuum. Products must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase. |
